Using measuring glass pour the required amount of pure drinking water of room temperature in the glass of the device. The amount of water should correspond to your age and state of health (see detailed instructions).

If you need to have an inhalation with volatile oils, insert a container for oils into the internal container of the device. This container is not used during breathing exercises!

Put the lid tightly on the internal glass.

Lower the internal container inside the glass, press the lid so that it closes the glass tightly.

Put the breathing tube on the lid's socket. Insert the mouthpiece into the free end of the breathing tube.

Take a comfortable position — sit, lay or half–lay down and begin exercising in compliance with the instruction.
